Group, Corporate & Team Transformation

1 MONTH PROGRAMME
This begins with a «kick-off» 3-hour seminar to launch participants into changing or creating a new habit. Followed by three 1-hour sessions (once per month) where we gain momentum and continued success with the process of change.
All participants will formulate an effective strategy and plan to achieve the new habit or change with a maximum of enjoyment.
This product will be tailored for the group and according to goals.

Individual Coaching

FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE EVER TRIED TO:

• Stick to a healthy eating strategy
• Lose the extra weight for good
• Exercise regularly
• Create a daily yoga practice or morning routine

A six-week personalised coaching plan starts with a 2-hour discovery session followed by weekly one-hour coaching sessions. Extra support and attention on an individual level for anyone wishing to effectively create lasting change. All materials included.
