As an ACC Accredited ICF, I take a maximum of 5 private clients at any one time. I offer 2 types of coaching programmes – 3 months or 6 months.


In the coaching programmes, the support is health and fitness focused. Some of the goals I have helped my clients reach are:
- Conquering emotional eating
- Losing the first 5 kilos and continuing weightloss
- Integrating and installing healthy habits
- Finding the right nutritional balance for your lifestyle
- Finding the right exercise routine
- Creating healthy habits for better sleep
- Managing a stressful work/home life with health and fitness goals
